3. Returns and Exchanges Process

Step 1: Please contact our customer service team and provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return or exchange. You can contact customer service through our website or email. Step 2: After receiving your return/exchange request, we will provide a return address and follow-up instructions.

Step 3: Please return the product along with all accessories, packaging, and labels to the provided address. Ensure the product is unused and the packaging is undamaged during shipping.

Step 4: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned item passes inspection, we will refund your original payment account. Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

Please note that the refund amount does not include the original shipping cost unless we sent the wrong product or the product has a quality issue.

If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the price difference. If you exchange for a lower-priced item, we will refund the price difference.
